We truly appreciate your purchase of our New Online Program.
It is important that you read and follow the following instructions so that you can enjoy your online program as soon as possible. 

1) Select "Log In/Register

On a computer, the "Log In/Register" tab will be in the tabs location in the top right of the website. On a cell phone(most cell phones or tablets), you will see 3 horizontal lines in the top right corner of the website - tap on the 3 lines and a drop down menu will appear, where you will then select "Log In/Register".

2) Register Your Information

Once you have selected "Log In/Register", a new screen will open up for you to enter your information. It will be the same on a computer or a cell phone/tablet. Please enter your name, email address and a password you will use for every login. Do not share your log in information with anyone, as this is grounds for immediate removal from the program and refunds will not be rewarded. Please create a password you will remember, we suggest you write down your log in information and save it in a secure place. If by chance you lose your password or need to reset it, please contact us, and we will help you. You must select the box "I agree to receive marketing and promotional materials" in order to register - this does not mean we will flood your email with marketing and promotional materials - your information will never be shared with or sold to any 3rd party companies, your information is specifically for this site only. Once you select "Register", you will see that your account has been created. Please allow up to 24 hours for an admin to approve your account for the module/modules you have purchased. You should receive an email to show that your account was approved. Once approved, please return to our site, select "Login", and enter your information.

3) Log In to Your Purchased Module/Modules

Once your account is approved, you will receive an email stating that your registration is approved on Werking On Extremities Website, including a link back to our site. Click on the link, and you will see the Log In box. Select the words "Log In".  Next, enter your email and the password you created, select the "Log In" button, and then you will be redirected to the module you purchased. This is how you will log in every time.

4) Logged In/Your Account

Once you are logged in, you may be taken to the first module. You will also notice that "My Account" appears in the tab section(in the 3 bars section on a phone or tablet). To see or go to the modules you have purchased, simply click or select "My Account", and a new information box will open up, displaying your purchased modules. Select any of your purchased modules, and enjoy. You will only see the modules you have purchased. If you purchase or upgrade later, your upgrade will appear in the same box.
